Matt Pepper is a Special Operations/Intensive Care Paramedic with extensive experience in prehospital medicine across austere, remote, and tactical settings. As a Director of Blacksmiths and a Churchill Fellow, he has built training capabilities nationwide, serving as Paramedic Educator for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. A founding President of the Australian Tactical Medical Association, Matt is a passionate educator dedicated to improving patient outcomes through training and collaboration.
