World view of fire service challenges
Chief Wolford will provide an overview of the major challenges facing the world’s fire services. Many of the the issues are the same and can be addressed collectively. She is in a unique position in her role as President of the IAFC and also the Metro Chiefs representing the Fire Chiefs of the large Metropolitan Fire Services. In these roles she is well connected to the forthcoming World Fire Congress and the international fire services and will provide a report on progress and possible solutions.
