Alisha is based in Townsville and has a long history of leading partnership initiatives across the health and social sectors. She brings deep, practice-informed experience in co-design, strategic project leadership, and place-based learning. As a Principal Partnership Manager at Queensland Kids Partnership (QKP), Alisha has the privilege of convening both the Thriving Kids in Disasters Alliance and the Country Kids Collaborative. Through this work, she brings people together across sectors, communities, and regions to help create the conditions for children, young people, and families to thrive. Alisha believes that meaningful and lasting change happens when rural, remote, and regional voices are heard and valued, and when local knowledge, community strengths, and lived experience help shape our practices and systems.
