Chloe Hosking is an Olympian, lawyer and entrepreneur who brings a unique perspective on leadership, transition and impact.
After more than a decade competing at the highest level of international cycling, representing Australia at the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games and World Championships, and winning the 2018 Commonwealth Games Road Race, Chloe experienced firsthand the realities of high-performance systems and the challenges of navigating them.
Since retiring from professional sport, Chloe has turned her focus to shaping better systems for others. She completed a Juris Doctor at the Australian National University and was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 2024. In parallel, she founded Hosking Bikes, the first bike brand established by a female professional road cyclist, with a mission to make cycling more accessible, inclusive and representative. Through partnerships with local organisations and national charities, Chloe is actively translating intent into meaningful, on-the-ground impact, offering lessons for any leader willing to question existing systems and pursue practical solutions for change.
