Damen Edwards is a Director of Precision ADS and in-market representative for Caylym Technologies. Damen brings 22 years of Royal Australian Air Force aviation and air mobility experience. Damen served as a Loadmaster on the C-130J-30 Hercules and C-27J Spartan, accumulating more than 2,200 flying hours. He is aerial delivery qualified and deployed six times to the Middle East in support of operational commitments, alongside a range of domestic and international taskings. He was awarded the Air Force Silver Commendation for his contribution to air mobility efficiency during the introduction of the C-27J Spartan into service, and flew as Loadmaster on the aircraft's first trans-Pacific ferry flight. Alongside his work with Precision ADS and Caylym Technologies, Damen has spent the last year developing AI software systems across multiple sectors, including aviation.
