Dave Feltscheer
Dave Feltscheer is a Senior Manager within EML's Insurance for NSW business unit, leading the NSW Health South portfolio. With more than 16 years of experience in the workers compensation industry, Dave has held a variety of operational and leadership roles across the Treasury Managed Fund (TMF), working with some of NSW's largest government agencies, as well as brokers and employers within the Nominal Insurer scheme.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales and a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University. He is passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering strong stakeholder partnerships to deliver better outcomes for injured workers and employers. Through close collaboration with clients and industry partners, Dave focuses on identifying and implementing innovative solutions that support injury prevention, improve recovery outcomes, and enhance return to work performance.
