Jacquie Montgomery
Jacquie is a senior technology and transformation leader with more than four years at CFA, where she has helped shape the organisation’s technology roadmap and target state.
She led the development of CFA’s ICT Target State and Technology Roadmap, setting the direction for modernising enterprise platforms, simplifying the technology landscape and progressively transitioning services to more integrated, scalable and user-centred solutions.
Jacquie has led major technology initiatives across CFA with a strong focus on one principle: technology should make it easier for frontline teams and volunteers to do their jobs, not add complexity.
BA Cylinder Swap & Go is a strong example of that approach. It was one of the first operational services launched on CFA’s Core Enablement platform following the introduction of IT Service Management (ITSM), extending the platform beyond traditional ICT use cases to solve a practical frontline challenge through mobile technology, real-time data and simpler workflows. Over the coming years, CFA will continue transitioning more services onto its strategic platforms, reusing common technology, data and workflow patterns to improve visibility, reduce manual effort and deliver better outcomes for CFA’s people, volunteers and the communities they protect.
