Jennifer Cobley is an experienced leader of strategic corporate and community partnerships and programs, driving social and commercial outcomes. She has a demonstrated history of building cross sector partnerships for impact. In her current role, alongside her job-share partner Georgia Whitbread she leads a team responsible for a broad program of work that aims to help protect communities and champion a more climate ready and financially inclusive Australia. The program focuses on a range of disaster resilience initiatives with long term community partners and the Customer Advocate function helps drive continuous improvements across customer experience, vulnerability support and financial inclusion outcomes, ensuring Insurance Australia Group (IAG) continues to meet the evolving needs of customers and communities.
