Jessica Nelipovich
She is known for cutting through noise and naming what’s actually getting in the way. Jessica’s work focuses on the uncomfortable space between how services are designed and how they function under pressure, and what leaders need to do differently when things aren’t working. Her approach is direct, practical, and grounded in accountability, with a clear bias toward action over intent.
Alongside her professional role, Jessica is a volunteer firefighter with the Motueka Volunteer Fire Brigade. That experience shapes how she leads: decisive, team-focused, and comfortable making calls without perfect information.
Jessica is particularly interested in how leadership shows up when it matters, not when it’s easy. Her sessions challenge assumptions, cut through theory, and focus on what actually improves outcomes for staff and the communities they serve.
