Kate Fitzgerald is the CEO of the NSW Reconstruction Authority. Kate has extensive experience and education in the emergency management sector, and was previously the Deputy Secretary Emergency Management Victoria, responsible for strategic direction and financial management. Kate holds a Masters and Bachelor Degree in Emergency Management from Charles Sturt University, and is an International Fellow at the East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.
