Keith Govias is a Workplace Safety & Risk Principal at EML Group, Australia’s largest personal injury claims provider, with more than 15 years’ experience leading workplace health, safety, workers’ compensation, injury management and risk functions across major Australian organisations.
A Vincent Fairfax Fellow in Ethical Leadership, Keith has contributed to government and regulatory reference groups, industry leadership initiatives, and Standards Australia committees. Passionate about evidence-based workplace mental health, he collaborates with leading researchers and universities to translate research into practice. His work focuses on psychosocial risk management, occupational violence prevention, worker wellbeing, recovery at work, and creating psychologically healthy workplaces.
