Ken Tuke is the Deputy Chair of the AFAC Collaborative Procurement Strategy Group (CPSG) having been a CPSG member since 2022.
Ken is an experienced public-sector procurement executive and current Chief Procurement Officer at Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV). With senior leadership roles across transport, justice, and policing, he specialises in procurement transformation, governance, and delivering high-value commercial outcomes in complex and highly regulated environments.
Ken is widely regarded as a collaborative and values-driven leader who invests in developing his teams and works effectively with executives, uniformed services, industry partners, and representative bodies. He is a frequent conference presenter, former World Procurement Awards judge, and holds a Master of Arts (Social Policy), with specialist expertise in procurement strategy and contract management.
