Kirra Waine is the Manager of the Warnings Capability and Systems team for NSW SES and led the implementation of the Australian Warning System into the agency. Kirra is a state level Intelligence Officer and flood analyst with 10 years experience and represents NSW SES on the Flood and Severe Weather Intelligence Services Technical Group. Kirra is passionate about building the flood intelligence capability both within SES and nationally.
