Dr Monica Taylor is a socio-legal scholar at the School of Law, Queensland University of Technology. Monica’s scholarly research centres on climate and disaster justice, adaptation and resilience, with a focus on people and communities disproportionately affected by climate harm. Her work critically examines the role of law in addressing inequality, and how law and governance can support fair and equitable responses to disasters and climate change.
