Reid Chen
Reid Chen has been the International Sales Manager for - Environmental Technologies - for Sanlien Technology for the last 15 years. With a focus on Earthquake and Adverse Weather Events, alerting and responses. These technologies have been developed to support better risk management outcomes during and after events. The focus for this event will be on earthquake monitoring, and the success of the New Zealand distributor Jenlogix in the Asia Pacific market.
Having been involved in the development and sales of the cost effective Palert range of Seismometers that uniquely come with a P-Wave early warning algorithm. Reid has a wealth of knowledge in his field. Reid enjoys the privilege of bringing these potentially life-saving technologies to our communities. And finds pleasure in making new friends during his international travels. Reid is an English Major having studied in the USA. Prior to working at Sanlien Reid was an English Teacher in Tawain.
