Senior Project Officer, Australian Red Cross
Sabrina Davis is a Senior Officer National Resilience with Australian Red Cross, working across disaster preparedness, recovery, and community resilience initiatives. She brings a unique combination of lived experience and professional expertise to her work, supporting communities across Australia to better prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters.

Following the 2019–2020 Black Summer bushfires, Sabrina founded Humans of Kangaroo Island, a community-led storytelling initiative that amplified local voices and raised nearly $100,000 to support recovery efforts. Since then, she has contributed to national resilience practice through projects including the DisasterWISE Communities Learning Network and the Disaster Recovery Almanac.

Sabrina is passionate about the role of storytelling, community-led approaches, and inclusive engagement in strengthening resilience, and is committed to ensuring diverse community voices inform disaster preparedness and recovery practice.
