Scott Holman
Scott Holman is the Founder and CEO of Red Line Safety and a retired Fire Captain with over 33 years of experience in fire, emergency medical services, and public safety. After serving three years in the United States Marine Corps, Scott dedicated nearly 30 years to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, where he witnessed firsthand the dangers firefighters face in rapidly changing and often communication-limited environments. Driven by the belief that every firefighter deserves to return home safely, Scott founded Red Line Safety to develop next-generation wearable technology that provides real-time situational awareness, location tracking, environmental monitoring, and firefighter health data.
The company's mission is to help emergency responders make faster, better-informed decisions while improving safety for personnel operating in high-risk incidents. Scott has collaborated with fire agencies, government organizations, research institutions, and industry partners to advance connected safety technologies for wildland, structural, industrial, and disaster response operations. His work has earned recognition through government innovation programs, international trade missions, and public safety initiatives focused on improving responder safety and operational effectiveness. Scott is passionate about bridging frontline experience with emerging technology to create practical solutions that protect those who protect our communities.
