The Exhibition
AFAC24 exhibition is a world class showcase of national and international brands, latest best practice solutions for all first responder sectors who protect life and property every day.
Exhibitors span the following collaboration groups.
- Capability – Fleet, PPE, and Equipment.
- Workforce – WHS, people systems and learning and development.
- Community Risk Reduction – Risk reduction, mitigation strategies, warning systems, and risk management.
- Response Operations – Real-time operational decision systems, decision support, incident management, emerging technology, communication technology, drones, satellite imagery, GIS, field rigid redeployable infrastructure.
- Fire Safety – Building fire safety systems, building standards.
Demonstration Zone
AFAC24 powered by INTERSCHUTZ in Sydney will again feature the Live Demonstration program on the extensive outdoor open-air deck area, immediately adjacent to exhibition halls 5,6 and 7, level 4 of the ICC Sydney. Once again featuring several demonstrations, designed to showcase the latest techniques, technology, and best practises available. This program will run Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 September, and these have included robotics, virtual reality firefighting equipment, rescue simulations and much more.
Solutions Theatre
The exhibition will also feature the Free-to-Attend and comprehensive Solutions Theatre program, featuring 20-minute practical and educational presentations from the exhibiting manufacturers and suppliers. These presentations are informative and aimed at keeping the first responders at the frontline of emergency management, abreast of industry developments, best practises, and outcomes. An array of topics from the 5 key collaboration sectors, Capability, Workforce, Community Risk Reduction, Response Operations, and Fire Safety awaits you.
AIDR Knowledge Centre
Centrally located in the exhibition halls 5,6 & 7 is the AIDR Knowledge Centre featuring the popular Poster Display. The Poster display provides the industry an opportunity to view, read, and discuss an array of research and projects that are on display with researchers and the authors. Take the opportunity to place your Vote for the best project POSTER. Also located adjacent to the AIDR Knowledge Centre is the MEET THE SPEAKER lounge where you can meet the conference speakers.
